Vertical Turning Centers

Pumps, bearings and valves are just a few of the parts well suited for a Giddings & Lewis vertical turning center. The addition of a pallet-shuttle, live spindle or four-axis cutting capability adds machining flexibility. Table sizes range from 1250 to 3500 mm with swings of 1400 to 3700 mm.

Horizontal Machining Centers

Automate large part machining with a horizontal machining center from Giddings & Lewis. Standard features include precision linear scales, rigid hydrostatic contouring tables and large capacity tool magazines. Choose a fixed or live-spindle model.

Contract Machining

Giddings & Lewis has the capacity, machines and expertise to help you with your contract machining needs.  Using our latest horizontal boring mills, machining centers and vertical lathes, our newly renovated Fond du Lac machine shop currently produces parts such as valves, pumps, frames, housings and gearboxes for OEM manufacturers.
